Rafael (Raffee) Morales was born July 30, 1985 in Rio Piedras, PR. Raffee always liked all different types of music. In 1993 he and his family moved to New Haven, Ct. In 1994 he met who was to be in the future the other half of Los Menores. In 2005 Raffee started writing lyrics and desided this was his calling. Andre (Purple Hayz) Rivera Jr. was born April 10, 1987 in New Haven, Ct. Purple Hayz always loved music and was first influenced by his uncles and grandfather who play the congas, güiros and guitars. Purple Hayz moved to PR for 10 months and hooked up with an upcoming producer by the name of Villano. Villano showed him the steps on how to make beats and gave him his first beat making software. When returning to Ct he joined up with Raffee to creat the duo Raffee y Purple Hayz (Los Menores). They have performed numerous times at clubs and a few family events like a carshow, the Puerto Rican Day Parade & Festival in Bridgeport, Ct, Loiza Family Festival in New Haven, Ct and the Latin Expo in Hartford, Ct. They have opened up the night for various artists such as Nina Sky, Abrante, Nova y Jory (twice), Plan B, Farruko, and Grupo Xtreme.
