Priority Moments is a clever new mobile service just for O2 customers. It brings you great nearby offers and experiences exclusive to O2, with a handful picked from the best already in the market - from some of the UK’s most well-loved brands.

From YO! Sushi and French Connection to National Express and WHSmith, you’ll find exclusive offers and experiences relevant to you– whether it be free restaurant courses and VIP fashion event passes or cut-price travel opportunities. All designed to help save you money and make everyday a little more special. Just launch the app and your phone will instantly pinpoint where you are and present a list of offers and experiences nearby. Tap the offer you want, request a code by selecting 'Yes please' and then present it at the till. It's nationwide, available to all O2 mobile customers on just about any phone.

If you move location, tap the refresh button in the context menu to find your nearest offers. Once you've requested your voucher, to view the merchant location on a map, tap the up arrow and then tap on the map to see the location and address.

If you have any problems redeeming the voucher in-store tap 'The small print' button where you'll find details of how to contact the merchant, otherwise tap the context menu to report a problem to O2.
