Flite (festival-lite) is a small, fast run-time synthesis engine developed at Carnegie Mellon University. This application installs the Flite Text-To-Speech Engine as a plug-in to the TTS framework on your phone. Other applications can use Flite for reading text out to you.Currently we support 12 English voices:- Male, US English (RMS)- Male, US English (BDL)- Female, US English (SLT)- Female, US English (CLB)- Male, Canadian English (JMK)- Male, Scottish English (AWB)- Male, German English (AHW)- Male, German English (FEM)- Male, Israeli English (RXR)- Male, Indian English (AUP)- Male, Indian English (KSP)- Male, Indian English (GKA)Voices can be installed and removed on the fly.Permissions Explained:======================SD card READ/WRITE access is required to store downloaded voices.Internet access is required to download new voices. No other data is sent to or recorded by our servers. Source code for this application is available at http://goo.gl/TfLqb
