Select "Wallpaper James" in the "wallpaper settings" -> "live wallpapers"

First select "settings" for base options,

after touch the screen to rotate and change size,

touch the centre of screen to move skeleton,

It's a test program, only for fun.

you need enough free memory in your device otherwise the program can't run and get error(java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: bitmap size exceeds VM budget) !
