---NOTES ABOUT APP PERMISSIONS---

To effectively navigate the functions of this application, the app asks for a number of permissions. The FPD cannot view, access, or store any user information.



The READ_PHONE_STATE, GET_ACCOUNTS, WRITE_CONTACTS, and READ_CONTACTS all deal with emailing from within the app itself (via email links and submission forms).



The INTERNET and NETWORK_STATE and WIFI_STATE are present for the updates to the news feed.
