Use this simple lightweight Pomodoro Technique(R) style timer to help maximise productivity.
Start the timer and the app will ring a bell when your work period has finished.
Then give yourself a timed break, and when the app rings again it\'s time to focus again.
You can set the times for your work periods and breaks by changing your preferences.
(Development of this was a learning exercise, but it should work well enough to be useful. Bug reports welcome.)
