It's a free app which you can download and install on your Android device as a Live Wallpaper.

Installation instructions: "Home screen" -> press "Menu" -> "Wallpapers" -> hit "LiveWallpapers"

This way you'll see currently installed live wallpaper, which you can install to your desktop.

This wallpaper successfully tested on all Samsung devices, including Nexus, Note, S2, S3 and S series.
You can install it on Motorola, LG and HTC phones as well.
