The Stronglifts 5x5 Tracker app is designed to help users manage their progress through the Stronglifts program.  The app automatically does calculations based on the users progress to account for increases in lift weight as well as deloads.Additionally, the app allows the user to review their progress through charting features as well as to share their progress via integration with Facebook.
