When you try to share to Google+ using the Google+ app, you will notice that only the link is displayed. No nice snippet. This small app changes this and allows you to share a link including a snippet. Just hit share when you are browsing, select "Share 2 G+". Add your text, choose the right circles and hit "share". It can't get any easier, unless Google updates the official G+ app.
