Our sandwich shop has evolved over the years since it was founded in Chicago back in 1952. We were fortunate enough to have a large enough following to have opened five stores that lasted in the Chicago market for over 50 years.We started as a full fledged deli here in Grapevine back in 2002. Some things sold and others did not. We adapted to our environment and became a hybrid sandwich shop/deli with hundreds of sandwiches.
