Some users have expressed concern regarding the many permissions required to install OPB News. Here is an explanation of those that seem to cause the most concern:
Access Fine Location:
Although we do not use this feature, the notification framework we use (Urban Airship) requires fine position access. We are not storing/reporting your exact location. We do store anonymous ip based location for stats.
Read Phone State:
This is needed to determine whether audio should start or stop depending on phone activity.
Access Accounts:
