Most of the other apps either only flash the screen or simply give a slider that changes the flashing frequency in an unknown fashion. This app allows very precise control over the strobe light and is accurate enough to approximate the RPMs of a spinning fan.One of the best parts of this app though is that you can change the duty cycle of the flash so that the flash will be turned on for, say, 10% of the cycle rather than 50% of the cycle. While this may seem trivial, at a strobe frequency of 4Hz, 50% is simply a light flashing ON/OFF while 10% is a strobe providing quick bursts of light.Give it a try!
