How to setup Festival Wallpaper:
Festival Wallpaper application can be configured two ways.
1. When you run the application first time, an Auto Configuration Wizard will help you setup application.
2. You can manually configure application by selecting Festival Calendars from Settings->Calendars and then Manually Start the Service from Main screen.

Wallpaper service is the heart of the application which actually keeps track of the festivals and events occurring and changes wallpaper accordingly.
