The application logs the serving CELLID, RXLEVEL, MCC, MNC, LAC, technology and cell serving time of the UMTS/GSM/LTE network.Using application you can easily pinpoint network problems like:- bad coverage - low RXLEVEL- lack of dominant server causing lot of cell reselections and frequent service interruptions - when the serving cell time is small- weak 3G coverage - when you have a lot of reselections between cells on 3G and 2G With application controls you can start, pause and resume logging. Each time [Start Log] is pressed a new log file is created. Don't lock the phone while the log is running.On SDCARD in folder [G-NetTrack Logs] two kind of log files are created:- KML file - open it with Google Earth- Tab delimited fileFor log files new point is created when the distance difference is >15m or cellid has changed. The color of the point depends on RXLEVELKML log file can be used with Google Earth in order easily to view measurement results.Text log file can be used for statistical purposes or imported in MapInfo in order to create coverage maps.Map tab allows to view an Open Street map of current location. Showing map requires internet connection.To exit the application press [X] button on Control tab.You can hide and unhide controls in order not to press buttons involuntarily.
