Basic text editor with the option to read data as hexadecimal values.You may use this basic plaintext editor to read any file  including files that contain only binary data. For nontext files, the option to read data as hexadecimal values may be used. Files are saved as plaintext in iterations with a unix timestamp prefixed to the chosen file name.
