Thank you, Amazon, for emailing me every morning at 5am, but I'd really prefer my phone didn't beep at me when you do this, and the volume control setting is a hassle.

So I made this!

"Volume Profiles" is a free, simple widget that lets you adjust 3 volume profile settings to easily switch between them:

* Sleep profile -- I leave my ringer on and alarm high but put my notifications to low volume
* Normal profile -- I have all of my volumes turned up to near max
* Quiet profile -- I have all of my volumes low

The desktop widget shows you which mode you are currently in (in the paid version, tapping the widget rotates to the next profile. Fancy features like that don't come free! ...they come for 99 cents...)

* This program can now be run as either an app or a widget. I mainly did this because having the app option seems to fix a strange problem seen on Android 4.0 but also if you really don't want a homescreen widget, you can run it as an app and still get the same functionality (just without the neato widget).
