Scroll through open orders in the familiar Android user interface.Update ordersUpdate the order status, enter services performed, add material, add labor, add services, and even update the custom fields. Changes made in SME Tech Portal will immediately save in SME back at the office.View and Add Material, Labor, and ServicesYour material and service items in SME are now available for your techs in the field. You techs can add material to the order by selecting the item number, add labor time and add service items to order. These are saved immediately to SME.Collect Customer SignatureTechnicians can collect customer signature on the spot. Hand your phone to your customer and they will sign using their finger on the touch screen. Signatures captured are saved in SME on the Work Requested tab.Close OrdersTechnicians can quickly close orders with one tap. Closing orders out in the field prepares updates SME in the office immediately, speeding up your invoicing process.Offline AccessTechnicians can continue to enter information when they are out of coverage for example at a customer site, in a basement work area, or a rural area without coverage. This allows the technicians to continue to record all the information on the order and it will sync back to SME when they are back in coverage. Changes that have not synced to SME will be highlighted in red.
