The Blast is a Christian Rock/Alternative/Metal internet radio station. We're "Always Aggressive, Always Progressive" Christian Music. We play the rock from bands like Skillet, Disciple, Thousand Foot Krutch and Flyleaf. We play metal from bands like For Today and War Of Ages.
The Blast Blender (aka Blastpop from TheBlast.FM) is a progressive Christian Top 40 station, but it sounds nothing like soft, sleepy Christian Pop that you hear on FM radio. This is smart pop, pop-rock, screamless-rock, rap/hip hop, some R & B and a lot of vocal EDM (electronic dance music). The Blender is "always progressive Christian music"! On The Blender, you will hear the pop side of some of the bands we play on The Blast, such as Skillet and Disciple. You will also hear Andy Hunter, Capital Kings, Royal Tailor, KJ52, Trip Lee, Lecrae, and a ton of EDM artists you've never heard anywhere else (yet)!
