You must install the free home screen app "GO Launcher EX" and apply it.

To apply full theme using GO Launcher EX:

Open GO LAUNCHER EX > Press Menu > Themes > Nexus Q GO Launcher Theme > Apply

To use theme with Apex Launcher:

Open Apex Launcher > Press Menu > Theme settings > Nexus Q Pro Theme

To use theme with Nova Launcher:

Open Nova Launcher > Press Menu > Nova settings > Look and feel > Icon Theme
