To login you will need your salesforce.com web-login username, password and security token.

You can get your security token by logging into your SFDC account, then navigate to - Your Name | Setup | My Personal Information | Reset Security Token, and click the Reset Security Token button. This app requires access to Salesforce API which comes included in Unlimited, Enterprise, and Developer Editions. Some Professional Edition organizations may also have the API enabled.
