How does VIPConnect work?
When you make a call on your phone, if the call is terminating outside of the US a prompt will appear with an option ‘Call using VIPConnect’. Select it and the call routes over VIP at the same low rates and great quality you are used to with your VIP account. You can also make a call from the VIP Dialer inside the mobile app which will route all international calls with VIP and all domestic calls with your mobile service provider.
