CUT-IN能被启动的情况如下：
-荧幕在关闭状态下开启
-链接充电器时插入耳机
-更换日历/日期
-电池不足时
这应用程序只用于管理CUT-IN, CUT-IN程序必须另外下载。相对的CUT-IN程序在陆续的增添中，通过管理程序里的GooglePlay链结可进行下载。
