if you want to wake up at 10:45pm,

just say [Twenty-two fourty-five]

E.g.2,

It is very hard to recognize one digit so

if you want to wake up at like 08:05am,

you need to say[o-eight o-five] or

[zero-eight zero-five]

You can set the alarm from the history otherwise.
