Let your phone monitor your breathing by blowing into the microphone. Slow down your breathing, relax, increase your lung capacity. Time how long your breaths are, and then compare the time to your previous breath time to see if you're improving your lung capacity. Train your lungs to increase their capacity by striving to achieve longer and longer breaths. Use Peaceful Heart to slow down your heart and achieve a meditative state.  The longer your breaths are the more hearts you fly through. Set a goal of 100 hearts a day to condition your lungs and increase your heart health. If you have problems with this app, please do not leave negative feedback UNLESS you have already contacted us about the problem, and we were not able to fix it. Contact developer: support@firstlightproducts.com
