The Volusia Hispanic Chamber of Commerce VHCC is a nonprofit membership organization located in Central Florida with well defined management financial, and administrative systems in place. VHCC prides in technical consulting, resources, networking and educations program designed to provide growth and opportunities to our member base. VHCC volunteers and consultants have combined experience of more than 50 years serving businesses and providing training advocacy and technical assistance.
